What to include

If it's about an order, send the order number from your confirmation email — that saves a round trip. If something arrived damaged or wrong, a photo tells us more in two seconds than a paragraph does, so attach one.

How long we take

We answer within one business day, and usually much faster than that. If you haven't heard back in two, something has gone wrong with the email rather than with us — send it again.

The common questions

• Where's my order? Have a look at shipping & delivery first — international tracking goes quiet for a few days mid-journey and that's normal. If it's outside the usual window, email us and we'll chase it.
• Something's faulty or wrong. See returns. Short version: that's on us, and you don't have to argue with a warehouse overseas about it.
• Will this set fit my keyboard? Ask before you buy and we'll tell you straight, including when the answer is no. Send us your keyboard model and which set you're looking at.
